While doing a QD on my van just now, I noticed something that I was doing. Using much more pressure than was necessary to wipe the stuff off. Right now, I don`t know if I always do this, or it was a one time thing because the temperature was 33 degrees.
When I used almost no pressure the results were the same or better, which means to me, I need to let the product do its work and not try to help it.
Check and see if any of you do this. It was something I was not even conscious of until a few minutes ago. I`m going to try to make sure I am not doing the same thing when applying or removing any other products.
Like most detail operations, less is probably better.
