Ive just bought this newly released MF cuff mitt from here (http://www.microfibertech.com/cuffedMitt.html)

Obviously its a bit late to be changing my mind now, but I wantd to double check whether this is ok with washing my car with (using GC shampoo).

Thanks.

Some love the mf mitts and some feel that it has limitations. I would use it for washing when the car is not very dirty (use a chenile mitt instead, holds the large amount of dirt better without potential of scratching). That said, mf mitt are a great addition.

I agree with ashsarna. I would only be inclined to use it on not so dirty vehicles where you`d have not much more than fine dust because the pile is very short. I know of someone here (Intel?) who didn`t like using it because of MF`s tendency to hold and trap dirt/debris/twigs/etc. Unlike a wool mitt that you can clean out easier.

Thanks guys.

Its a daily driver but I wash my car every weekend and it tends to stay fairly clean (apart from some mud and dirt around the wheel well area).

I think I should be ok then, I hope!
