Why do you ask? Sometimes glazes have been known to strip things...

I think it does contain a fine abrasive, I have called the company and confirmed this. I used the product one time and it dulled an otherwise very glossy finish, it did not act like I wanted it to.

Just like KLO said, a glaze should not abrade underlying finish, only fills minor defects. I`d like to make sure.
