Using 303 fabric protector on carpet and cloth????

I just got my new car and want to protect it from day one. I`m going to use 303 fabric protector on the carpets and cloth interior, but I had a question.



Should I apply mulitiple applications of 303, similiarly to applying coats of wax:



Apply 303, let dry

Re-apply second coat



Does applying multiple coats have any benefits???

I would contact the folks at 303 before putting on multiple coats of the fabric protector. While it sounds solid that more is better--that is not alway the case. I worked for a large furniture store who sold to customers a fabric protectant. We had it come in big fifty-gallons drums and we sprayed it on before delivery. A rep from the company told me that more is not better--it can actually damage the fabric. So give the company a call before proceeding.
