Has anyone have one of these and are they a good investment?

I need something to help dry the interior/carpets of the cars I do especially now with the cold weather coming.

Whats a good brand and place to get it at a good price?

Thanks, I always check with you guys first before I buy anything!!

I thought ive seen that somewhere. I checked http://www.topoftheline.com/interiordryer.html and saw that you have the exact same picture. They want $176 for it. Is this the same thing as what they use for auto. garages in the summer? Does this thing blow hot air or is it just a fan?

Well, the one they use in our dorms to dry the carpet just blows air. Its not hot, but I don`t know if they could make it so.

I have seen one of those before when they were laying down a laminate floor at school..... I`m not sure if we are looking at the same size, but the one I saw was huge.... way too big to fit inside a car (think mid size shop vac)..

The thing was very noisy but did move tonnes of air... it is just a fan.

just curious.. has anybody though of placing a de-humidifier in the car for a few hours as you detail the outside??? (i`m not sure how fast these units work tho)

I thought about just using my leaf blower in there...... basically serves the same purpose.... then use the hair drier for what doesnt get dried with the leaf blower??

I usually leave the windows open and set my small VERY POWERFUL fan in there, while I do the outside. Works well
