autogeek.com any good??

Hello all,

What is your experience with autogeek.com?

I ordered Klasse aio and sg.

First they "forget" my order, after a week I call them and they apoligize and send me a confirmation.

My creditcard gets billed on the 26 spetember and I still don`t have any products to show for.

On their site it says they ship orders to europe only with UPS expedited so I should have received it allready.

Also all their email addresses come up empty!!

I even got a reply from autogeek.com telling me I probaly was looking for autogeek.net although the email address I uses was correct?



Any help/tips appreciated.

You want autogeek.net not autogeek.com. Based on your question I`m assuming you`re located outside of the US maybe even North America? I ordered autogeek.net`s Forum Favorite Kit and had it in 2 days, so I think their service is great.

Maybe I explained it wrong:

I did send it to autogeek.net, I even tried all their emaill addresses but they seem to have an error (mxrecords or dns domain)

I got a reply from one of those emails from autogeek.com while I sent it to autogeek.net????

I presume then they have no email problems from within the USA?

One of their salesreps advised me to use the autogeek@gate.net address as a solution.
