View Full Version : ZAINO Application...Circular or Straight Motions?

Hey all,
I would like to know how everyone applies Zaino.
1) Do you apply using circular or straight up/down/back/forth motions?
2) Does the application method change whether you are using Z2 or Z5?
3) Does the application method change whether you are using ZFX or not?
I`d appreciate your inputs...Thanks!

Straight motions... front to back on the top surfaces and up and down on the side panels. I think Sal mentions this in his tips & trick section on his website.
It doesn`t change whether you`re using ZFX or not... I recommend ZFX though, especially if you like putting more than 1 coat on at a time. ;)

Z1 circular
Z2, Z2 w/ZFX, Z5, and Z5 w/ZFX linear and overlapping to insure complete coverage :xyxthumbs :wavey

Mike...the lazaino instructions are great.
I think that I will try linear application next time as I am in Phoenix and it seems to dry quite fast.
