Clouded clearcoat!?

I have been using a Magnet Bra (www.magnetbra.com) on my Max hood for a month now. Lately, it been raining on and off and it seems some water made in under the bra. Today, while washing the car, I noticed that it seems like if the clearcoat has been clouded right under where the bra sits. I used a bit of 3M`s SMR and it helped but did not removed the cloudiness completely.

I used Klasse SG on the hood before installing the bra and I remove it every two weeks, when washing the car.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this??

Not a good choice in a bra. How is the paint supposed to breath with a solid magnet on top of it? I`m sorry to tell you this but I think your clearcoat is history. Take it to a good body shop and see what they think.
