How Long Till Wax/Seal a Paint Chip Repair?

I wasnt sure on this one. I know that there are a million different thoughts on how long to wait after a re-paint, but how about just a chip repair?

i did the chip repair kinda like david advised, and i waxed right after i put the pc down from buffing out the sanding marks.

I recently asked Sal Zaino the same question in regards to waiting after a chip repair (with brush on touch-up paint) to use Zaino and he told me 48 hours.
