Rubber seals and road noise...

Well, here`s the story. I have a 93 Lexus LS400. I have done some work on the car sound deadening wise and etc. I think at this point, the weakest link is the rubber seals in the car. I beleive that this is where most of the road noise coming from...What I`m looking for is some kind of product that will maybe make the seals swell up and make them pliable so they seal the car better. Any suggestions? I bought Gummi Phledge and will try it but it seems this is not the purpose of this product.
