I just found this site through the www.chevyavalanchefanclub.com site (I have an Avalanche). My previous vehicle had the Ziebart paint protection and loved it. The finish beaded for months. I would like to do the same myself but do not know what Ziebart does. Does anyone know what they used, where I can buy it, how do I apply it? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ziebart uses a polymer sealant called Diamond Gloss...it is supposed to last for up to a year.

I had that on a previous vehicle (Bought the gold shield package which included the interior fabric guard, diamond gloss, rustproof-undercoating, and soundproofer)..... I didnt think the paint looked as good as if I would`ve waxed it myself.... I ended up polishing it right off once I got the car back and putting #20 on, topped with #26 (my poly/carn. choice at the time)
