Paint on seats!!

A friend of mine was working on repainting my walls over the weekend, and after he was done, he took a look at my car and later I noticed paint streaks on the back seat, in the shape of a hand print, but only with the fingers. I think he used Sherwin Williams water based latex paint. And my seats are cloth and dark colored. Is there a way to get the paint off without spoiling the seats?

Try water first as it will soften the latex paint and should not damage the seating surfaces......I remember a thread on here discussing a similar problem try searching latex paint and see what comes up.

Since it`s latex some warm water, a little soap, and a good stiff brush should do the trick.
