Anyone do any detiling this weekend? I washed my Pastor`s Concorde yesterday. I am planning to clean the Maxima today.

I hope I will have time for a wash when I get back in town today or tomorrow. I have a break in the phone line some place in the house, so the first chore is to rewire all the phone jacks :( .

Yeah, I bought Zymol and put it on the Volvo. Hotter than hell outside. Check out the member pictures then "Zymol Carbon on Red" for pics.

I`m planning on washing the Volvo -- P21S Bodywork Shampoo (It`s funny when I spend more on my car`s shampoo than my own -- plain old Suave for me!)

then adding a layer of P21S wax. Plus, I need to add a little protectant to the trim, since it`s been a few weeks.

Been experimenting with P21S GEPC and Autoglym, topped with Blitz. Only managed to quickly clean the wheels and tyres today – to much rain, more forecast for Sunday and next week :(

I didn`t do anything to my car theis weekend. I`m saving all that for Monday on my day off. I did set up my wall mounted shop vac today. And I also fixed up an old air compressor From the elevator company that we do work for. A new hose and some fittings and it`s almost brand new.:up

Experimenting with toppers :)

Should also vacuum the interior since the whole time I`ve been robbing Peter to pay Paul while bribing Mary...?

Washed the grand am today with Z7 and qd with Z6. Inside windows got a touch up.

The silver paint with 3 coats of Z2 is really starting to clearly reflect the trees and surrounding structures.

Sunday morning will wash the GTP and qd.

Anytime time left will wash the minivan.

Have a great weekend everyone. :xyxthumbs

Well, I`m not sure about #20...but if #26 was going on first you`d have to wait 3-4 days...but #20 shouldn`t take as long to cure. I`ve never messed w/ #20 though. BTW, are you using the paste or liquid #26?

The Cars` Interiors that is.

Of course I washed them first. We had a forest fire about a mile from our home this week. Some fool shot out a power line insulator and the resulting sparks from the downed power line set the mountain on fire. Came with 50 yards of some homes. It`s finally taming down, but I can still hear the thrum of the helicopters, and if I look up I can see them dump 500 gallons at a time. Pretty impressive, but something I`d rather not have to see so close to my home.

My son borrowed my station wagon to collect boulders for his rock garden the other day. Left the back of the wagon filthy. Took about 45 minutes just to vacuum. I then used carpet cleaner in the back. It finally looks like it should. Hopefully the smell will go away in a couple of days.

I then used Aerospace 303 on the interior of all three cars.

It`s beem a busy day.
