I picked up some of this stuff at Wal-Mart called De-Solve It. Just thought I`d mention the success I had with it. I sprayed it on some tar I`ve been having trouble with, let it sit for a minute, then wiped the tar off with some pressure. It worked great. It also worked very well removing some scuff marks I`ve had on the back of my front seats (it`s plastic probably with vinyl covering). Same method of application, same great results. The only down side is that it smells too citrusy, but it works fantastically. I believe I found De-Solve It in the section that has all the household cleaners.
