Zaino is a synthetic sealant, not a natural wax. So it is tougher. I have never clayed OVER Z, or any wax. I always dawn before I clay then polish and wax on top of that, since you want to preserve the finish and appearance the clay leaves on your paint. Also, since the paint is sealed by wax or sealant... It makes it more dificult to remove bonded contaminates. But to answer your question... no claying wont remove all of the Zaino, but it will cut down on protection time, and overall longevity of the coat(s). Good Luck.
