Upholstry shampoo?

My upper door panels are starting to show some dirt where the fabric meets the window. The palce where you rest your arm on top when the window is down.Probably from body oils etc. They are light grey and it shows. The fabric is kinda like a velour , typical of an 80`s car. I know if a scrub to hard i`ll pull away some of the fabric and i don`t want to smudge in the dirt and make it worse.

Whats the best way to clean this type of fabic? What interior shampoo do you guys suggest?

Prestone carpet cleaner. foams up nicely. You can use a soft nylon brush to scrub it. I wouldn`t use a carpet brush as they are pretty stiff but working it awhile with a soft brush like a toothbrush will take some of it out.
