It says down by comments that if I want to use other pads, which I do, i need t use the 6" contour backing pad and counterweight. I know i need the counterweight, but do i need the backing pad if CMA offers the 6" velcro back up plate in their kit. Isn`t the backing pad and velcro back up plate the same thing. Thanks, need answers quick.
