Just got my order of 303 and all I can say is.......Blah! 16.00 to get 16oz shipped to me and I cant find anything brag about. I dont get what the big deal is? Its seems no different than the more affordadble alternatives, and dare I say...Armour All (the"matte finish" kind) the only positive thing I can say is it`s less greasy, but a wipedown after application takes care of that with the others as well. Most all other products also offer UV protection. I dont care if NASA uses it, it`s too much money for ordinary results.

I`d like to hear some other opinions on it. :nixweiss

I like the product, worth every cent. Replicates the "factory" look like no other product available.

I have tried just about every interior dressing that you can buy, it`s 303 only for my cars. :up

Showroom. What`s your opinion of Vinylex as an interior dressing. I use one or the other depending on which is in reach, and I like the results from both.

I love it, it applies easily and evenly, doesn`t have any strange smells, and leaves a great matte finish and UV protection.

I have found that some viynl looks better with Viynlex. I detailed my fathers 01 4runner, and vinylex complimented the interior much better than my inital pass with aerospace.

I`ve been using Meguiars #40 for years. I buy it by the gallon. Its affordable, and when applied lightly or wiped down after a few minutes, it looks as factory as anything else.

I believe Vinylex is as bad as 303 price wise.

Dont forget black magic semi gloss:up . I use it on my dash with great results. Dash look factory fresh without a dressed look.

I also use 303 on my vehicles.

I use ProWax`s Premo Dressing on customer cars simply because 303 is too expensive. Of course, I`ll put 303 on their car for an extra charge :D The premo dressing leave a more glossy shine than 303 and it has a strawberry smell. I`ve actually used it a few times in my truck and was very pleased with it.

laynlow,

I understand meguiars #40, is a nice matte finish, hows the "greasyness" factor? I was thinking of trying it out. I respect the others opinions but I`ll never buy 303 again.

Obviously you are leaving too much residual 303. Wipe down after application. If you want the " greasy kid stuff" appearance you are using the wrong product. 303 is used by many for the OEM appearance and for its UV protection. JMO :wavey

I also use 303. I wipe it down with a damp cloth and buff after it`s soaked in for a while. The nice thing about this product is that is offers UV protection.

So does almost every other protectant including Armour All, although 303 may be a stronger UV protection factor.......

I just got mine the other day and used it for the first time. I was pleased with the results, and the "factory" look it yields. Where else can I use it, other than interior?

Do i remember correctly that it can be used to clean an engine? :nixweiss

I use on my exterior black trim, door seals, engine hoses, and basically engine rubber/plastic on the car except the tires.
