For those who read my last post, I am helping my family out by detailing the 95 911 so they can sell it.

Here is a before shot, not a very good picture but you can tell that there is little shine, the paint doesn`t look very warm, etc

I washed it last week, but didn`t have time to actually fully detail it to this week.

Started out with a light wash, since it was in the garage all week

The paint felt slightly rough, and it had some obvious contamination so I broke out the clay.

Followed up with some P21S Paint Cleaner, and the finish felt as smooth as glass.

From there, I noticed that it had some light swirling. Not very visible, especially with silver paint, but it had swirls non the less.

After one pass with SMR and one pass with AIO I removed a good amount of the swirls. I probably should have used something stronger than SMR, but it was hard to tell how well I was removing the swirls when the sun went down.

Finished up with a layer of klasse SG, and I plan to put a few more coats on with in the week.

See next post for after pictures!

I am planning on putting at least 2 more coats of SG and a carnauba topper, so I figure I will be washing it at least twice a week for awhile. That should keep it dust free.

In the meantime, it doesn`t leave the garauge so it shouldn`t have to much dust buildup.

Gonna get killed for this comment.

Use pledge on it before someone comes to look at it.
