The thing I have greatly feared has come upon me - Job
In a nutshell, I have been talking about detailing my father`s Navigator for a while. I admit, that is a HUGE proposition but I do intend to try and tackle it for Father`s Day. Here`s the plan of attack as revised from last year.
a) Wash truck with Dawn/Alcohol Mixture
My father had a bad habit of taking it through the automatic car washes. :eek:
b) Clean wheels, running boards, and tires with HI
(Note to self: order a gallon jug)
c) Clay using Clay Magic
(I bought a separate kit just for the occasion)
d) Using a PC, go over the truck with 3M SMR and a foam pad
e) Go over the truck with Klasse AIO
f) KSG the body and wheels
h) Use Lexol on the seats
i) Wenol to polish the grille and wheels
j) Plexus for the headlights and taillights
k) Stoner`s for the windows and some additional YoSteve MTs
l) Top with Souveran
m) Raid Detailing shop around my house and use their extractor to get the carpet cleaned.
