PC: Alternate Uses

The tiles in the shower are gettin grungy and I`m tired of using elbow grease. Do you think it`s safe to clean and polish the tiles/grout and if so what products would work best?

I dunno about grout as it can be sensitive and come loose....for the tiles use AIO or other paint cleaner product.
