Scratched glass.. what can I do?

So it seems my glasses are as easily scratchable as my paint (which I saw scratches from neatitems MF.. I have weird paint)

I`ve scratched the glass with kleenex before..



anyways, what can I do to take them out? or can`t I? can I?
