I just recently had my Grand National painted. (black of course.) Boy, she looks awesome, great paint job!!!. I`ve had it home for about 2 weeks. Can`t stop looking at it! it looks flawless!!

Ohhhhhh but just the other day around noon time when the light was just right! Arghhhhhh. I could see all the marks where they buffed the car out. It looks like half circles every where. When you look up close, I see no marring or swirl marks. But when i step back and look in certain light i see everything!

Is this considered swirl marks and can they be removed?

The shop used 3M to buff the car out. They told me to wait 90 days before waxing.

Id like to try the Zaino system, will the Z5 hide those buffer marks?

Thanks guys

The shop probably used a rotary and a 3M product like SMR that contains a ton of oils. I have seen some of the buffing jobs by body guys, they are total hack jobs. I would Dawn wash to remove any oils and then re-inspect under the proper lighting. If the condition remains, or is worse, take it back to the body shop and demand it be buffed correctly.
