How many coats to put on

I am going to be putting zaino on tomorrow for the first time. How many coats of z5 and z2 do you recommend. I was thinking of either 2 of each or 2 of z5 and 1 of z2. What do you recommend.

Are you using Zfx? If so expect 2 to 3 per oz and you can only do 1 or the other then you`ll have to wait 24 hrs.



If it`s Z-1 then one coat of 5/2 per 24 hrs.



My rec: Z5 first.

Personally, I would recommend to start with Z5 then Z2. Z5 is a filler so starting with Z5 would be a good option. I would then wait about 24 hours to put on the first coat of Z2. But in between, I would recommend Z6 to do a quick detail and it will actually restore the bonding properties between the Z5 and Z2. I would add another layer of Z5 or Z2 again after another 24 hours period. I have found great results with 2 coats of Z5 and 3 coats of Z2. Good luck, I hope that helped.

With ZFX the max is 3 coats of Z2 and or Z5 per 24 hour period.



Does you car have any swirls? If yes than start with Z5 and apply up to 3 coats or you are happy that the swirls are gone.



If you have applied 3 coats of the Z5 then you have to wait 24 hours till you can Z2.



If you applied 2 coats of Z5 then you can apply 1 coat of Z2.
