Just got my shipment of Zaino stuff. However, today isn`t hot enough to wax.

So I was wondering if I could maybe clay the car first and wash/wax another day.

Any negatives to doing this?

No problem with claying today and waxing next week. You will not get that many contaminates in that short of time.

yhea, you can clay today and wax later. It won`t really collect anything in that short of a period. I have actually done that before; clay one weekend, wax the next.

Just watch where you park your car. I clayed my car last month and already I need to clay some crap off again. Its spring time and the trees tend to dump weird crap on cars. I`ve got these little amber dots on the car that aren`t sap. Its like some sort of chaff or something.

Am I supposed to clay while the car is dry or am I supposed to use some lubricant? Couldn`t find this on Zaino`s website FAQ/Tips section.

Lubricant with any clay.

Be it QD or a car wash + water solution.

Zaino site says to use theri car wash with water in a spray bottle.
