Heard a lot of good things but I don`t know what it is!

MF = Micro Fiber. Its a super great towel. Now that you know what MF stands for it will be eaiser to look up information on them. :) MF towels are really good for drying, buffing, and general towel use. They are soft so they won`t swirl your paint. Every detailer should experience the MF towels.
