HI All,

I am going to use the Pinnacle cleaner on my car and planned on using the PC white pad. Is this the correct choice? I ordered it from CMA today. It`s a new car so paint is in good shape and I don`t need a big cut.

Thanks,

Joe

The white pad is fine. It`s the "general use" pad and is good for most everything except for serious polishing (yellow) and fine buffing (dark grey).

I use the white pad/PPCL combo and love it. Like several Autopians, I start on setting 3-4 and use some pressure at the beginning, then I lighten up the pressure so only the weight of the machine is pressing down and I crank up to seting 5-6 for buff out. You know you`re done with the section when there is virtually no product left to buff; it`s all been worked into the paint. A quick wipe with a MF and on to the next section or panel.

Have fun!
