View Full Version : Where to find PC near me?
I am having the hardest time finding a place near me that sells any of the Porter Cable buffers. I have tried Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart, and none of them had PC buffers, and two of them didn`t even have any buffers. I live right outside Harrisburg, Pa.
Can anyone help?

I plan on going to a Lowes this weekend to get the 7336. From what I understand it sells for $109. I will keep you posted on where I find one. I am not too far from you.

try www.coastaltool.com. they have it for $115.00.
I would prefer to see it in person and maybe compare it to other polishers. My last option would be to buy over the internet. Are there other companies who make good polishers, similar to what the PC offers?

The first time I went to Lowe`s, I didn`t see it. But I did the second time.
The Porter Cable 7336 is an oribital sander. Go to the power tool section and ask where the oribital sanders are, and they should lead you right to them. It`s not the most obvious thing to find, but it should be there. Here`s a picture of the 7335 (5 inch instead of 6 inch), but they look the exact same.

Lowes carries the 7336 for $109. It`s sold as a orbital sander so it`s with the power sanders, but it also comes with a polishing head.
Thanks for the info, I will have to go back and see if they have it.

I purchased my Porter-Cable 7336SP (better than the 7424) from:

it was $106 plus shipping (only $6.27 for me)
The unit included the sanding discs as mentioned on the web site, but it also included a white 6" polishing pad (not expected).
