This is the first time my car was washed in 2.5 weeks due to the weather. We had a small snow storm here in NJ and my poor baby was covered in salt for a week. I couldn`t believe how nice it came out after a wash this weekend.

I am slowly using it all up. I have 2 more bottles thanks to Intermezzo, but after that, I doubt I will find it anymore, as it was discontinued. I really like the look it gives on the tires on my bimmer. It compliments it nicely.

Chipping--> I already have some stone chips on the hood. The paint doesn`t seem to be holding up well at all. Between that and all the orange peel, it is a little dissapointing, considering it is a BMW. Others seem to have the same issues with stone chips as far as I know.

SALT--> I rinse salt off very good, and use double the amount of car was as usual in the bucket. I press very lightly with the wash mitt, let the suds do their work, and then rinse the panel and the wash mitt. Then I wash the panel again as normal. This seems to work well. The sooner you get the salt off the car, the easier it is.

DK...what i try....try to do is the night i get home with it looking horrible with slat and slush...i try to park it close to my house and go out with 2 buckets of really warm water and just pour it on...i dont wipe anything at all....its mostly the bottom panels....but that salt is stubborn....it doesnt anna come off....so like u i have to kinda wash everything twice...once to get the crud off...then again to actually clean it.....menawhile i heard on the radio that they`re saying we are close to a water alert cuase it hasnt rained enough....i bet there arent any autopians who think it hasnt rained enough!!!:p

BTW...sorry to hear bout the chips but its pretty much inevitable in the northeast especially....i know that doesnt soothe you one bit........:D
