Duo 2-in-1 Auto Air Fresheners (http://www.autopia-carcare.com/duo-car-air-fresheners.html)

It`s been 37 days since I first used both the DUO Vent Clip Air Freshener and the DUO Gel Canister Air Freshener, and I wanted to give some feedback on both of these products.

Both products claim to give you 30 days of their "smarter two part system", which eliminates odors while scenting the air. I went with the "New Car" scent.

The Vent Clip Air Freshener has been my favorite. As soon as I turn the A/C on, I get a pleasant fresh fragrance that`s not too strong. Every passenger I`ve had in my car has complimented the interior smell of my Sable, and most of them do it after the A/C kicks on.

Day 37 and there`s still some oil left.

The gel canister is more of a subtle fragrance. I hide mine underneath my center arm rest and I would assume the odor eliminator properties in the gel version are stronger than the vent clip. For the last 37 days every time I`ve entered my car it has smelled great, and I owe most of that to the Gel Canister.

I`ve left mine wide open.

After 37 days, it looks like the contents have shurnk down to about half their original size.

Overall I`d rate these a 10/10. For $6.50 (not including shipping) for both of these products my car has smelled amazing. I think for just one of these (~$3) it`s a no brainer. I`ve tried lots of different spray fragrances and most of them only last a few hours.

I`m already looking forward to trying out a new scent, I just have to decide on which scent....

Thanks for reading!

Nicely done Ray.

These Duo air fresheners make a lot of sense to me. I don`t care for the vent clip just due to looks but the canister is perfect to put under a seat.

I was one of the freshener winners and I have never been a freshener fan due to artificial scents but have to admit when you open the car door and smell something slightly different it is a bit nice. I chose the spring air and new car scents. The vent clips with the adjustable vane offers the most instant impact. The button ones have a less much scent. I have not used the block yet. The spring air and new car do not really smell like something you know (like cherry, vanilla think CG stripper scent, etc). It is just smells clean.

More than 37 days, that`s great!!
I need to get a canister to try myself, I don`t like the look of a vent clip air freshener and honestly I was NOT impressed with the hanging ones..
I got 2 packs of the hanging ones from AG and used one (spring air) so far..
- Smell is nice, not overpowering and you notice it only when entering the car but after a couple of minutes u forget it`s there.
- Can`t comment on odor elimination coz I don`t have bad odors in my car, and I don`t think a hanging air freshener can effectively eliminate bad odors.
- Now the bad news, it lasted only for 3-4 days!! which is useless for me, I get at least 10 days out of "the little tree" hanging air fresheners.

I got hives from the Febreze one and I never had hives before EVER. I stay away from anything clipping to my vents now LOL.

P.S. Hives SUCKS!
