I had been using CG CWG with APC+ for years and it worked well.
However, I could never understand why the alkaline APC+ not neutralize the sour smelling soap.

Just now I spilled some CG CWG concentrate.
It caused some burning pain on my hands when I was cleaning it up.
I wondered why not try to measure the pH ?

Once I dipped the pH test paper on the CWG
it turned deep purple immediately.
it looks like pH11 to my eyes, which is alkaline!
(Besides, the All Clean + is also alkaline!)
:jawdrop: :jawdrop: :jawdrop:

Hope you find it useful!

I thought anything over 7 was acid and anything under 7 alkaline... Maybe i have it backwards.

Either way i always thought it was on the acidic side. Interesting

Gloves are always good. But if you are diluting it 1:640 as suggested, pH will be 8-9, essentially neutral in the chemistry world.

You have it backwards! Low numbers are acidic, high numbers alkaline...
