1-2 months after detailing a customers vehicle, send them a picture via text/email of what their car looked like after their last visit. I`ve tried this 3 times and ALL 3 have responded back. I don`t leave a message, just the picture

I also came up with a saying not long ago:
"A Picture Is Worth 1,000 Words. No One Wants To Read All That Crap, So Send A Picture Instead"

It is good to stay in touch and remind people what they had. In a busy life, they can forget so reminders are good...
