Pinnacle Black Label`s technologically advanced, precisely-crafted, formulas represent a new standard in cosmetic automobile care. When Ralph Lauren`s 1930 Mercedes Benz “Count Trossi” SSK Roadster rolled into the winner`s circle during the 1993 Pebble Beach Concours De Elegance, the detailing and show car world took notice. Coated in several layers of Pinnacle Souveran Ivory Carnauba Wax, Ralph Lauren`s prized automobile stood out amongst the world`s finest with rich, three-dimensional reflections and a show-stopping finish. The now legendary Pinnacle shine shown brightly that foggy morning and a tradition was born.

A great looking new line. Todd, did you get a chance to test the leather products, thoughts if so?

Will the surface coating be able to cover to whole exterior or will the three separate ones be needed for glass, paint, and wheels? Kind of confused on if the multi-surface will suffice or if the separate ones are needed; if separate ones are needed what is the multi surface best for?

I have used the Diamond Surface Coating and the Wheel Coating so far on my Dodge Ram. I plan to do a review and writeup soon. I can`t wait to try the leather products this weekend.

All I can say is that I am nothing short of impressed !!!!

I have a couple.

Do the Pin. BL coatings “crystallize” in the applicator, making it a 1 use applicator?
Can you make / give us a comparison and contrast chart of the “Surface Coating” and the “Paint, Glass, Wheel Coatings”.
How “slick” do these coatings feel. (I usually want the coating properties not a wax topper.)
Can we get some photos & video of the beading and sheeting of the coatings?
Can you apply the coatings using a DA polisher? (I know of a few that use a DA to apply Wolfs coatings and say it works well.)
Can you use the Hide-Soft Leather Conditioner under the Leather Coating?
Is the DP coating prep the essential similar to the Pin. Cleansing Polish? (Can you use the DP prep polish in place of the Pin. And get the same results?)

Available yesterday, marked down right now! :bigups

Briefly and they rock. I couldn`t imagine a more premium set of leather products. They perform flawlessly on all leathers, including aniline.

Good question. The Diamond Surface Coating, which is the most advanced, will work on all surfaces you mentioned.

The Diamond "specific" Coatings are designed to work on a the surface intended. Let`s say you just want to coat the glass.. then get the glass coating. If you just want to coat the wheels.. Get the wheel coating...

There is no wrong answer and nothing is a compromise.

1. If you wash the applicator out immediately, it will be fine. Some product may adhere to the foam in the applicator, but not enough to alter the performance (washed quickly). If you excess product cure in the applicator, it will be rock hard the next day (diamond hard).

2. Wheel, Glass, and Paint are for wheel, glass, and paint. The Surface Coating is for wheel, glass, and paint.

3. slick

4. I am sure that some videos will be popping up shortly! :bigups

5. You can try but it isn`t recommended.

6. Yes, except on aniline leathers, because the coating isn`t designed for aniline.

7. For Diamond Coatings it is recommended to use Black Label Surface Cleansing Polish. It has been formulated specifically to promote the bonding of Black Label Diamond Coatings and is formulated for use on glass, wheels, and paint vs. DP which is just for paint.

Wax will always have a place. No matter what you go with, if you chose a Pinnacle-brand product, you are winning!

Barely anyone has gotten yet, or applied it to really do testing. Some folks have had it on only a few days. Give it time they`ll roll in. :)

How is it different from Opti Coat?

I guess I can`t do it because I you need to garage the car for 24 hours after application.

What`s the difference between the all surfaces coating and the paint coating? Description seems very similar.
