Hey everyone!

It`s been a while since I`ve posted, just wanted to say hello to all of you.

Things have been insanely busy, so much so that I`ve hardly had time to keep up with my vehicles this past spring/summer. My truck got polished/waxed in the spring and the new car has yet to have a full polish/wax and it`s now over a year old. Luckily the Mustang has been garaged so it`s still in decent shape.

My side biz has been busy leaving me little to no time. My wife and I started going to Gold`s Gym back in March/April, so I`ve been trying to work on getting healthier and honestly haven`t felt this good in a long time. Lost about 20 lbs and have been lifting weights and gaining muscle along with some cardio. It`s amazing how good working out can really make you feel.

We`re heading back to SEMA this year...can NOT wait! Love Vegas and love attending the SEMA show. Anyone here going?

Anyway, just wanted to see how all of you have been. Hope things are well for everyone.

Always good to hear from you .... awesome with the gym! I`ve tried and tried again and failed every time haha I`m just too bored at the gym I need to get out there and do things but that seems to not be enough.

I will be digging a big pond in my backyard soon so that will give me a bit of a workout
