Congrats! I have enjoyed mine with the spacer add as a replace for my UDM but I kept my Flex for polishing.

I`m enjoying my RUPES 21

There`s a learning curve if you are use to a traditional "Made in China" DA. You don`t need near as much pressure applied

Hope you enjoy yours too :rockon

I am at a loss for words..Just tried to use the Rupes in garage on wifes car. I spent almost 2hrs on the hood. I tried Fixer with green Buff n shine. would NOT remove I mean not even with eraser. So then I try CG v36 with a new green BnS SAME thing would NOT come off and was like trying to wipe syrup off a car. eraser did nothing. Then i try FG400 with green SAME..then M101 with green SAME..I had to clay the damn hood to get it off. I then used a Megs MF polish pad with D300 compound and something FINALLY would wipe aaway somewhat easy. I will say I switch between the Rupes and GG a few times to see if it was the Rupes causing it with to much heat or something. I am not all that impressed by the rupes at all. I almost am tempted to return it and just get a 2nd Griots. It bogged down SOOO much easier then the GG did and well it prove to be no faster or better then the GG was.

That may have just saved me....

Think I`ll stick to my flex

I am really let down..I was all excited but even the slightest curve in the hood caused it to bog down some. I dont know if I wanna return it and get a 2nd griots or what.

What speed setting were you using?

Are you putting any downward pressure on the head?

There is a learning curve to this machine.

i tried 5 and 6..I was basically using the weight of the machine. if I let a feather land on it it would bog down. Very disappointing for such an expensive machine.
