Hi friends

As above, i`d like to know what can use on hard german paint, a Mercedes, in terms of pads and polishes, from start to finish.
Paint needs jeweling to a deep reflective shine.

I have the following:

LC CCS pads (white, yellow, black), HT crimson
Optimum Red polishing and wool pad
Sonax yellow heavy polishing and grey finishing pad

menzerna fg400, 106FA, 203s
optimum hyper polish and hyper compound
menz powerlock sealant, PB black hole, collinite 476s and optiseal

got both the makita rotary and the flex DA.

the aim is to create a deep reflective shine and durability. Owner is not keen for a permanent coating. And above all, he want to complete everything quickly.

so guys how would you advise i proceed?

many thanks

Zaid

FG400 + foam cutting pad, Power Finish + white or grey, Black Hole + grey if your really feeling motivated, then whatever LSP you want. The Flex should be fine for this, and Menzerna will perform like a champ on that hard clear.

Unless your being paid for full correction I would give him an AIO it buys you time and you make more money per hour. If he is a bread and butter client make a test spot for compounds and process so he understands what it takes to have perfect paint.
You really need to educate a client about what it is detailing means
