Check out the ingredients, seen this being used and got my attention.

I wouldn`t want to use this on paint, how safe is it for human use!

What in there concerns you? The only components of note are the carrier gases... which will just drift away in the atmosphere immediately.

I`m a pharmacist. While I never heard of that particular product, We often recommend a product called Pssst Dry Shampoo. It`s a product often used for those that are too ill to leave the bed and shower. It`s been around forever, since the 1960`s I believe.

Psst has similar ingredients:Butane, Propane, SD Alcohol 40 B, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Isobutane, Cyclomethicone, Fragrance. The FDA recognizes these ingredients in cosmetics as generally being safe. Stuff like butane, isobutane, and propane are the propellants that allow products like this to be dispensed in an aerosol form. Alcohol and cyclomethicone are solvents, they help keep the whole thing mixed together (including any fragrances). Alcohol also acts as a preservative and is anti-bacterial. Ingredients like rice and other starches help to soak up oils, grease, and old product in hair and on skin.

While the products may sound harmful, they are safe in the concentrations present.
