depends on which machine I`m using

Rotary - heavy cut Megs solo wool and M105, medium cut BF SRC compound and orange foam

Flex 3401 - heavy cut Purple foamy/wool pad M105 or FG400, medium cut orange foam and SRC compound or d300

D/A heavy cut I use sand paper and water. Other than that this is stricly a soft paint final polish applier

I Don`t use MF pads a whole lot. They do have a lot of cut to them from when I did use them. I just had like 6 fail on me and seperate and it was super annoying so I quit using them. Really like the results you get as one step with a cutting disc and Bf SRC Compound on a flex speed 3. Finishes down really nice considering.

Mf pads and rotary I had horrible luck with.... LC has MF pads made for a rotary. I`ve never tried them and Todd said they don`t do anything wool doesn`t
