I was looking at Menz line of polishes and saw they have a new polish that is coming out sometime soon. Has anyone gotten to use Fast Gloss or heard anything about it? Price tag is a little hefty which is why I figured I would ask here to see if anyone has any input? Thanks!

Its a solid product. A little pricey like M101, but a bottle last a long time. (compared to Powergloss)

I`m excited to try this, I trust the quality of Menzerna polishes absolutely, but I feel they have fallen behind the times with regard to ease of use and workability a la 3M did already.

87? As in PO87mc? As in Final Polish II?

No Fast Gloss will not finish as nice as FPII/87mc, but that (87) was a finishing polish. Fast Gloss is a heavy cut correction compound designed for fast removal of paint defects. On Wednesday and this weekend I spent a lot of time testing FG400 against M105 and will have a review posted soon.

I will post a preview on Facebook and create a thread/link here.

I`m loving FG400 so far. It`s a joy to work with! I have limited use with FG400 and M101 via rotary.

I will be using FG400 and M101 almost all the time from now on and will retire M105.

There`s a lot of love for M105, but it`s too dependant on conditions; things like methods, temperature, humidity, pads, and alignment of the moon.

FG400 and M101 are way less finicky. I see using FG 400 via rotary or D300+MF via DA for most of my compounding and M101 for heavy defects and hard paints.

I just used SF 4500 on my new car this morning. I think it is the most significant new product I have used in the last frew years - it was a MAJOR difference before and after...and this was new paint in great shape. It really jeweled it...

SF4500 or FG400?

I got very little dusting from FG400.
