That now puts the power to "correct Paint" OR "Inflict damage" into a larger percentage of the "people" I hope their 1-800 number is staffed.

I could see where it would be handy having the base of the tool vertical for tight spots.

I was wondering the same thing. It depends on how good one`s drill is. And I agree it would be good in tight areas.
