Anyone tryed to remove the fine scratches on a CD?

I did, but none of the stuff I have worked...

Go to babages, Electronics Boutique, EBX or any other place that sells video games.. there you should get something called a Disk Doctor, or something by that name, which repairs minor scratches on CD`s.

It has worked on every non-working CD I have ever owned.

I didn`t believe that DISK DOCTOR would work, but to my surprise it really worked! Unfortunatelly it did not work on ALL the CD I tried (I guess some of the scratches are too deep), but it repaired quite a few of my CDs! :up

Sure, Disk Doctor works great... but shouldn`t this be in the off topic forum?

We use the cd test to see if it scratches, anyone try one of our polishes to see if it "descratches"?

that was the reason of the threat : we make scratches testing stuff.

But just for the sport of it ,it is kind of detailing isn`t it , why is it so difficult ,if not impossible , to remove the darn scratches?

I was called in to dial in the finish on this 2011 Rolls Royce Ghost.

Wasn`t in terrible condition, just some light wash marring. Time was tight so no before pics.
