Well to start off I have been reading this message board for quite awhile now and have finally registered. Now to my question...

Have any of you used the chenille wash mits from Pinnacle? They say that they are 100% cotton chenille. Would you guys recomend them and why or why not? If not what 100% cotton chenille mits would you recommend? I am unable to find the viking ones.

Thanks

that if you get a Pinnacle Mitt it doesn`t suffer from the `cotton seed contamination` problem that CMA`s stock did as of late. CMA now has stated that they have a new supplier and new pads/mitts will be in soon.

Check out the mitts closely.

It doesn`t matter if it is cotton if it has seeds/particle in it then it goes into the trash.

I would say that the Vikings non-cotton chenile mitts is safe to use if you can find them.

I have uses the non-cotton detailer`s choice chenile before and it didn`t scratch at all. But now I have switched to Viking cotton mitts/pads since they are easier to find here.

The Viking non-cotton mitts are better than the DC mitts.

My local Walmart has the non-cotton Viking mitts and 100% cotton Viking pads. Also Mother`s Clay for $13.xx. And whole bunch of Viking brushes for wheels/dash/etc.

I routinely check them out 3 times a week. Lately Walmart`s auto department just went nuclear:xyxthumbs

So I don`t know if any of you watch boxing or UFC and know about James "lights Out" Toney. I was surfing ebay motors for fun and found this, his old custom Bentley Arange, its his car, but the 10,000 rims part is total BS. Found the whole thing quite odd.

Maybe not 10K but close as I put this rim on my former boss(Performance Art) Mercedes SL-600 in chrome and those rims retailed for $7,100.00 in 2004, with custom paint those Lowenhart wheels can be costly in 20"-22".

I like the car itself, but those mods are hideous. I think for 45k (plus one must set aside at least another several thousand for maintenance if you actually plan on driving it) it isn`t a terrible price.

I`m sure 99% of people shopping for these cars (very very few to begin with) would rather have a stock one, though, and I personally wouldn`t give a rats ass what "celebrity" owned the car before me.

yea, I agree with the rats a$$ thing. And also dont forget what it cost to insure one of those, we almost got one to replace our 740IL, until we saw the cost from our insurance company
