Non clear-coated too.

I worked the paint with Meguiars Dual Action Cleaner/Polish, then Swirl Free Polish, Hand Polish and then High Tech Yellow #26. Took me about 3 hours by hand. I really wish I had a `before` pic. It wasn`t horrible, but definitely oxidized.

That is superb! It looks like a early-mid 90`s 911, and the paint job looks even newer! Great job, Scott!

Nice car, are those bumpers standard (the two large bits) or is it a special for the USA market?

I`m interested to try the DACP again now that I know more about how to apply diminishing abrasives. Can you give me any idea how it went for you? If you`ve used FI-II or 3M SMR, would you say you had to work it about the same, more, or less?

Thanks

I just apply DAC/P by hand with a terry cloth towel folded into 1/8ths and work it into the paint until it is nearly clear and dry. Usually a 2` x 2` section at a time, then buff off the excess. Same with Swirl Free Polish.

I really couldn`t tell you about the 3M products-the only ones I`ve used are Imperial Hand Glaze (excellent shine!) and Perfect-it Paste Wax.

Havent posted all that much lately,

Figured I would just share some of the vehicles I have done recently.

Nothing too special, they were just washed, prepped, clayed, and sealed for the most part, interiors were completed too.

If anyone has any specific questions regarding a product or process feel free to ask, just a little too lazy to do a lot of typing.

Oh my god Nick!:w00t: I saw some cars in there....lol

They all look great. The tires on that VW looked pretty nasty. You got them all looking nice and shinny.

What dilution did you use in the foam gun? I assume it is Meg`s GC.

Thank you Barry.

I sprayed those tires down with Meguiars Super Degreaser at 4:1, let dwell, foam with the foam gun, agitate, then rinse.

I used GC on some of the vehicles. Megs NXT, Super Soap, and Shampoo Plus were used as well.

Some were lower dilution, some higher.

I use anywhere from 5 to 10oz in the gun then filled with water.

Nice work Nick

Thanks Flash.
