I have recently noticed light marks on the driver`s seat in my

2001 Volvo S60. Apparently the dye from belt has transferred on to the light taupe leather seat.

Can someone recommend a product that may help fix this? I have not noticed problems with other leather interiors. Either my belt has a problem or light interiors are much more difficult to maintain that I thought.

First try water on a MF towel and rub gently. If that does not work use your favorite auto leather cleaner and follow the directions.

I bet the belt was a bit wet and the dyes ran onto the seat.

If you end up thinking it was dyes that ran off onto your seat, I would completely wet the seatbelt, and dry with a clean towel before using again. This might prevent future occurances.

Might as well keep the `Deep South` thread going. I`m from Starkville, Mississippi.

I do have a question for the forum. How would you detail a car with decals? A race car for example.

Thanks yall!
Louis

I have a customer who lives in Starkville MS :wizard:

No real special attention is nescecary. As long as the corners of the decals aren`t peeling you can polish right over them :Innocent:
