I just wanna take an opportunity to thank everyone for their help on choosing products. This board has been an extremely valuable source of information, product reviews, and tips. Thanks again for all your assistance and I can`t wait to show pics of the finished product. :)

I love getting new stuff!!!

I have those exact same MF towels (Vipers). I would suggest putting them through a wash cycle with very little detergent (nothing else) all by themselves and then don`t dry them in the dryer. I have found that drying those towels causes linting problems. When they come out of the washer they are in perfect shape to use right away - perfect dampness! Don`t forget to tear off the tag.

Enjoy!

Good stuff! I`d recommend waiting a day between each product application. Give the Klasse time to cure for stronger bonding.

Don`t forget a good glass cleaner, or make your own. And huhhhh----I don`t see the case of beer? We all need a little libation in btween coats of Klasse and Blitz.

Besides, once you start your third coat of Klasse, just before you put the Blitz on, your going to find you neighbors and friends stopping by with that old familiar line, " When are you going to do mine?" That means your on the right track, and they really want to see what your using.

So get ready for all the questions, and enjoy your detailing weekend. Enjoy!

:D Thanks for the comments all. I`ve actually got more in my stable than this, just showing the wax. Right now I`ve also lined up my Mother`s clay bar, Stoner window cleaner, Lexol leather cleaner and conditioner, and Vinylex.

Ahhhh the car should love me after this. :D I usually do get the neighbors asking when I`m doing theirs... unfortunately I live around people who think I should do it for free since I`m the youngest person in their immediate area. :D

Great, it sounds like you`ve got it all together. Post a pic when you get your car finished, and then post your detailing prices on your garage wall when your friends ask you to do their cars. Who knows you may have found a new vocation! Enjoy!

looks like you are all set, jaydub!

I love breaking into a new bottle of zaino, and tearing the wraps off a fresh MF or polishing cloth. Everything is so nice and clean and new, you just can`t help but get enthused, and can`t wait to start on the car.

Neighbors are so much fun. You should hear some of the comments I get when they see me running a 100` industrial extension cord out in my apartment`s parking complex for the PC.... :)

Good luck, make sure you give the Klasse some time to cure, and post the pics!

Good luck trying to stop putting the SG on. Can`t seem to bring myself to put the Blitz on because it will be over for a while!

It was hard to capture the defects on this car for some reason, the swirls were there but very fine on the soft black BMW paint.

I started with the hood since it needed the most attention, I also spot sanded the area where the bird dropping had etched into the clear. Time was limited so I couldnt get as many shots as I would have liked too.
