I use a 100% cotton to wipe it off, but a lot of times I get some leftover stuff that looks like water spots. I can rid these by wiping harder. Maybe Im doing it wrong. Not sure.

Also, I feel like Im not getting that Z6 `3D shine` our boy Sal mentions on his website...

Thanks

I too have had some haze when using z-6. Especially on glass. I use a MF towel for QD and it still happens. I find that wiping the area witha dry MF towel immediately after the first wipe helps. As far as the sine goes I have had good results with zaino. It took several coats of z-5 and several coats of z-2 to get it where I wanted it but that is the same with klasse as well.

Are you putting on an extremely thin layer of Z6? When you spray the car, one spritz should do an entire body panel. Make sure you have the nozzle on the bottle set to the closest setting to closed to still get product to come out. This stuff is super concentrated so a little goes a very long way.

1. Make sure you are not putting on Z6 too soon. Wait at least 4 hours after removing Z2 or Z5 before putting it on. This works the best for me. I try to wait 24 hours before using any Z6. I always use it immediately after washing.

Next time you put on a coat of Zaino, try this. Get yourself an ultra-suede MF towel. Immediately after removing the Z as normal using cotton towels, buff <strong class=`bbc`>lightly[/b] with the ultra-suede towel until the car glows. Never do this with a dirty ultra-suede towel or at any other time as this towel could cause scratches otherwise. This extra step works wonders. You should give it a shot. Also, I would advise only using Z6 when the car is pretty darn clean or just washed. Otherwise, you can scratch up your nice Zaino finish by dragging dust around. The scratches will be in the Zaino, most likely, and not your paint. But still not good.

Look at my vette posts, is this what you mean by 3D shine?

I would recommend you to pour your Z-6 into a better container (I like Meguiars) and lightly mist each panel you are doing. Quickly spread it evenly with one side of the towel, and buff off the rest with the other side.

I find Charismas or Miracle "Magic" Ulitmate towels to work best. Btw, what color and make is your car jtszymano? I cant find the difference between Z-6 or no Z-6 on a Steel Blue car.

I guess it works really well on Red or Black.

It had been since August of last year since she got anything but a QEW or hose wash and some Z8 once a month.

It has now been 20 months since she has had a full correction. After a wash 4 weeks ago, I could see some light swirls in the brightest sun.

She was looking kind of nasty since I drove her home from work last w/e in the 5" of snow and ice. Sorry no before pics.

She shows just about 125k on the odo now, Chris and I replaced the front suspension a few months ago.

Even though I work my FT job on Fri-Sun nights, I made some time to give her some great protection over the last 2 days. The weather was mid 60s yesterday and today.

Lance foamed with Z7.
Rinse
Lance foam with Z7 again.
Washed via 2MB and sheepskin mitt.
Wheels cleaned with MWB.
Tires and wells got ARO.
ZAIO via white CCS pad G110 v2 speed 4.5.

Protection:
3x of ZFX`d Zaino Z5pro with a shot of Z8 in mix bottle yesterday.
Tires got Z-16.
Interior Vac.

Today:
Z6 wipedown
Zaino Clearseal
Finished w/ Z8.

Lots of Bimmers here in NashVegas... none of `em look that good!

What`s the color? That color is, hands down, the best color I`ve ever seen on a BMW. Looks a lot like Ferrari`s "Rosso Rubino" but slightly deeper. I LOVE that color!!

Beautiful car Bryan.:)
