Has anyone ever heard of rolite.

a friend told me it works great on his car, but the product says it`s for airplanes, and is a metal polish, but that it works with all painted surfaces.

there is a rubbing compound that they have plus a polish/sealant.

apparently the finish is phenomianal (sp?) i saw on their website, but wanted to get some unbiased input.

just as a curiosity, has anyone ever tried durashine?

most people i have talked to say that it looks interesting but are not willing to try it on their cars until they hear some first hand feedback. I have to admit that the idea of no water spots is pretty tempting, but i too, don`t want to try it until there`s some first hand feedback.

hope someone out there has some info on these products.

I`ve used Rolite to polish the diamond plating on a 32 year old firetruck, and it works pretty well. I can`t really give you a comparison to other metal polishing compounts cuz i really dont use them, but Roltie does work well.

I`ve never heard of durashine, but the idea of no water spotting is a bit too far fetched for me, but then again ive never heard of the product so I can`t really say for sure.

Well lets see, we did not create any of the "shovel ready" jobs that were promised after billions of tax dollars. There was also no transparency when bills are passed in the middle of the night behind lock doors with only a few select congressmen.

I gotta wonder how this was done? Was a word/phrase czar appointed or did it involve a Blue Ribbon Commission or Task Force? At the very least a committee involving numerous telcons and memos.

Probably just some guy lining through things in between corssword puzzles...
