This morning, I washed both cars a month after my first Klasse application and thought I would add a few observations:

- Beading vs. sheeting. I noticed that my Supra totally beaded, whereas the Outback was some of both. Since the black Supra is not clearcoated; maybe the depth of clearcoat plays a part. BTW, do not bring wife outside to give a second opinion on bead vs. sheet; they don`t appreciate the significance.

- The wizard water bandit really is remarkable.

- Always clay before applying Klasse on older car. I did part of the Supra. The difference really shows.

- The Klasse shine came back good as new. Whew!

- This really is fun when the tools work well and the results are very noticeable.

- The 303 is still looking great on the interior.

- The Supra has got to be the easiest car in the world to wash. Short and round.

I hope you guys don`t mind us amateurs lurking and commenting.

Using really good products, and the right ones, makes detailing a lot of fun, and the results speak for themselves.

Good to hear that you`re having great success with those products. For best results, try a few coats of Sealant Glaze. Laters.

Well, after the Husker game last night, I needed to blow off some steam, so I headed to the garage. I decided to get a nice coat of wax on my rims and my wife`s. So, I used the Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish followed by BF Wet Diamond then topped it off with some Midnight Sun and I have to say I`m very happy with the results. I don`t have any pictures, but the brake dust just wipes right off and holy moly they are slick, WOW.

It helped me recover from the game.

Detailing, in any form, is always good therapy!!!

I apply sealant to my wheels regularly. Perfectly clean wheels really set off the vehicle.

Have you ever seen a really clean car with wheels that looked like they were never touched? Ruins the looks of the car!

I took some quick shots. You see so many high end cars where the rims are just coated with brake dust and look terrible.

First, the wife`s XC90

Dang, very nice! I have to treat mine like paint, which kind of stinks.

Right... Clearcoated wheels get the "paint" procedure.:D

The Black Fire Metal Sealant which is basically Wet Diamond, but tweaked for the high heat from wheels is clear coat safe.

Very true. I also get more enjoyment from my vehicles by spending more "quality" time with them! :cornut:

Funny stuff!!

I needed therapy after last night. Toughest loss I`ve ever see the Huskers take, including when the refs gave Bobby Bowden his National Title in 93 with the phantom clipping call on the kick return for a TD. Last night stung!!! :(
