Guys,

I have a Mytee HP60 and the upholstery wand leaks after I release the spray handle. It will continue to drip about 1-2 drops per second. Any one else had this problem and more importantly, got a solution to fix it? Hard to get the upholstery clean and extracted with the dang thing dripping when I ty to extract. BTW, I have crevice and an S bend floor wand which work just fine with no issues.

Thanks in advance!

Guys,

I have sent an email of to Mytee as well as the vendor I bought the unit from. The vendor replied immediately with very good customer service. He made a few suggestions to replace the 4 o-rings in the upholstery tool. He offered to replace the tool straight up, 9 months after the sale and I offered to attempt to fix and only return if I was not able to fix it on my side here. Very good customer service from my sales vendor, no response from Mytee and I am not holding out for one.

Thanks for your replies and I will keep you updated on the response I get from Mytee and if the o-rings being replaced solve the drips!

So what did you ever figure out? I`m having the same problem now.

I had this happen and found out what the problem is. I took the entire sprayer apart to find the leak. Mine was leaking at the yellow tip. You will find that next to the yellow tip are 2 screws. First, try tightening those screw and see if that works. If not, unscrew them. You will find a small black rubber o-ring. Inspect is to make sure that it has not been comprimised. If it has, called Mytee or sparkle auto for a replacement. Let me know if this helps.

I went to my local DALCO store and they were able to fix the problem but had to order parts. Thanks
