I worked for a large engineering/construction company for 32 years and retired in March 2009.

Even though I was on the construction side of the house, most of my time was spent in the office. The field work that I did involved inspection and quality assurance, not physical labor.

Since retirement, I`ve been detailing 2-3 cars per week, for fun and profit!!!

I`ve lost 20 pounds!!! I was at 312, now 292. No diet change. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Didn`t know I was such a big-ole-boy did you?!:scared:

I`ll keep you updated...........:smile:
